Alkaline Protease is a type of enzyme which is basically used in laundry detergents. This enzyme is also used in household dish washing detergents and in the formulation of institutional and industrial cleaning detergents. This also helps in breaking down the protein in food into amino acids, which the body can then use for energy. This also helps in management of wastes from various food processing industries and household activities. This is mainly used in different industries such as food, agricultural, cosmetics and pharmaceutical for controlling and speeding up the reactions in order to quickly and properly obtain a valuable final product.
