Description
Papain is a proteolytic enzyme from the cysteine proteinase family. Produced from latex of raw papaya fruits. A milky fluid known as latex containing papain oozes out of the green papaya. Greener the fruit more active is the papain. We have been able to offer our client with a range for food and pharmaceutical application. We are producer of papain refined, sulfite free papain crude papain and papain liquid specifation mentioned as below
Uses
- Used in cosmetic industries
- Food industry: hydrolyzes protein used in meat tenderizings softner for biscuit
- Brewing industry: For chill proofing
- Leather tanning: Made into depilatory for making product smmoth with good texture
